Very poorly written as well. It is a very brief, general overview of Health, but the DSST exam is much more in-depth. I passed the test but felt that much of the material on the test is not covered in this study guide.
I would recommend purchasing a different study guide/5(8). Study a college health textbook to prepare for the Here's to Your Health test.
Bone up on contraception, STDs, and especially AIDS. This book has no AIDS questions and nothing on abortion. In fact, the treatments for even gonorrhea and syphilis is dated in this book. No current (like in the past decade) info in this book about contraception/5(18).
